Postage

For all orders that include "made-to-order" items, will be made and ready for postage within 7 days.

All orders will be made in sequence of the receiving date via the webpage.

If for unseen circumstances a order can not be posted within this time-frame, the customer will receive an notification via email.

If measurements have been requested for an item, 7 days will commence from when the measurements have been received by Trends and Frills.

All purchases are posted from Mackay Qld via Australia Post with a tracking number provided.  Trends and Frills takes no responsibility for the time-frame or delays once lodged with Australia Post.

For extra security for your purchase, it is recommended to ADD "signature on delivery" to your shopping cart, as Trends and Frills takes no responsibility for a parcel if it has been noted as "delivered".

All our products are sent with tracking so please check your email for confirmation and tracking, this may end up in your junk folder.
