Exchange / Refunds

Trends and Frills DO NOT refund for change of mind or incorrect ordering of custom-made items, or "free gift" items. 

No refunds or exchanges are permitted once an order has started being worked on (cut-out, sewn, designed), you may contact me to find out if too late to change a fabric selection for your order.  

Items will not be exchanged/refunded if measurements were required, and wrong measurements were provided for that item, or if a custom name was requested on an item and the incorrect spelling was provided.

We only replace/exchange items if they are defective or damaged, please send us an email at admin@trendsandfrills.com.au with photos attached of the item.
